Beat the winter season's germs!
With cold and flu season here we need to get ahead of the nasty germs! One remedy is simple yet effective in the fight against the common cold or flu symptoms. Apple cider vinegar & honey beverage. Simply heat 6 ounces of water, melt a tablespoon of honey (pure, raw honey is suggested) in the hot water. Next add 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Stir ingredients and add a sprinkle of cinnamon or ginger to flavor. Now you have a tasty warm beverage that is beneficial in helping you to stay healthy this winter season!!
